Dies gilt jedoch nur unter der Voraussetzung, dass Sie auf dem Land leben. Beachten Sie, dass die Kommune die Beh\u00f6rde f\u00fcr alle Tierhaltungen ist und die Vorschriften einh\u00e4lt. Sie sollten sich immer an die Kommune wenden, um zu erfahren, was auf Ihrem Grundst\u00fcck m\u00f6glich ist.<\/p>\n<p>Nicht gewerbliche Tierhaltungen d\u00fcrfen die folgenden Gr\u00f6\u00dfenkriterien nicht \u00fcberschreiten:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2 K\u00fche mit zugeh\u00f6rigen K\u00e4lbern<\/li>\n<li>4 St\u00fcck anderes Vieh<\/li>\n<li>4 Pferde mit zugeh\u00f6rigen Fohlen<\/li>\n<li>2 Sauen mit der Mast von maximal 5 Schlachtschweinen<\/li>\n<li>10 Schafe mit L\u00e4mmern<\/li>\n<li>10 Ziegen mit Kitz<\/li>\n<li>30 H\u00fchner<\/li>\n<li>4 erwachsene Hunde mit Welpen unter 18 Monaten.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Wenn Sie gr\u00f6\u00dfere Tierhaltungen als die oben genannten Kriterien w\u00fcnschen, m\u00fcssen Sie sich an die Kommune wenden und Ihren Betrieb anmelden. Danach liegt es an der Kommune zu beurteilen, ob Ihre Tierhaltung nicht gewerblich ist und ob sie sich in einem zul\u00e4ssigen Bereich befindet.<\/p>\n<p>Vor der Einrichtung der Tierhaltung muss diese bei der Kommune angemeldet werden.
